I was into makeup way before I was into nails and all that jazz, but I love taking pictures of my nails and that's why I made this blog. I'd say that my love of nails stemmed from my love of makeup because it was another way I could express myself.

17 Lasting Fix in Toasted Almond
You can see brush strokes which isn't ideal but that's the texture of the polish. I really love the colour though it's like a tarnished gold with silver reflections and it's the sort of colour which makes your nails look longer. Added bonus: 17 polishes are cheap. I wouldn't say brilliant quality though. This particular polish takes forever to dry and shortly after taking this photo, they got so dented I had to take it all off. But the colour is beautiful so it's worth a look.
